For the pumpkin jam you need:
450 g pumpkin flesh
2 tablespoons sugar
1 orange – large and juicy
1 lemon
a pinch of salt

Grate the pumpkin, pour the sugar, add salt and leave for half an hour to get the water out of the pumpkin. Peel the orange and lemon, squeeze out all the juice, add it to the pumpkin in a pan. Bring the mixture to light boil and reduce heat to medium temperature. Cook by stirring frequently for about 30 minutes, until the jam is thick and translucent. Remove from heat and fill the prepared jars. Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients: 100 g butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/4 tbsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tbsp. salt, 1/4 tsbp. baking soda, and 1 1/2 – 2 cups of flour.

For the filling: 150 g. dark chocolate.

Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add the flour. Knead the dough until soft, but not sticky. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm and cut out cookies in the shape of pumpkin. You can use printed template. If you want to make cookie sandwiches with chocolate filling, cut eyes, mouth and nose just on the half of the circles.

Bake 12-14 minutes at 180 ° C. Decorate cookies with melted chocolate.

Mix together the eggs, sugar and butter. Add the flour, baking powder and mix well. Add the egg yolks to the mixture and knead the dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out various figures such as bats and ghosts. Arrange the cookies on a greased baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 190 C. Allow to cool. After that the the cookies are ready to be decorated with the frosting.
