– 125 g sugar
– 1 egg
– 375 g flour

– 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 250 g caster sugar

Mix honey, sugar and 2 tablespoons warm water. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add the flour, ginger spice, baking powder and cocoa.
